Class Styles

Yoga Stretch: This class will utilize yoga poses and breathing techniques to stretch and elongate the muscles. A great class to take alone or take it for a great warm-up for the following power/flow yoga class.
Yoga Core: This class will incorporate sun salutations, balance postures and other yoga poses to strengthen the abdominal and other core stabilizing muscles. This a great class for those looking to strengthen the core and a great warm-up for the following gentle yoga class.

Flow Yoga: A very energetic and active flowing style yoga class proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. We will move through sequences focusing on alignment and movement with the breath. This class is recommended for those who want to move and sweat.

Gentle Yoga: A very gentle and relaxing class. We will explore gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength and well-being through stretches, yoga postures and breathing practices and then end the class with a long guided deep relaxation. This class is recommended for young and old, injured and athletic alike or anyone who would like a gentle approach to practicing yoga.

Mixed Level Yoga: A challenging eclectic yoga practice designed for all levels with various modifications if you are new to yoga.
